Synergistics conducts intensive supervisory and management skills training. The training is primarily intended to help supervisors and managers understand and communicate more effectively with their subordinates. The training sessions employ a variety of techniques such as experiential simulation exercises in order to illustrate appropriate management behaviour. The training session content is tailored to the specific needs of the client based on the skills of its management team. The ultimate goal of the management skills training is to enable managers to be self-sufficient in terms of improving employee and organizational performance. This is accomplished by working with managers at all levels to identify and eliminate individual and group performance weaknesses as identified by means of Synergistics’ own Management Attitude Assessment Survey.
Detailed personal profiles are developed for each of the training participants. Group training sessions are followed up with individual training for each participant. The goal of the individual follow-up training is to assist the trainees in applying the concepts dealt with in the group sessions on a practical level with their subordinates. Each trainee can request and receive as much individual training as he/she wishes.
