Diagnostic Analysis

All Synergistics projects begin with an in depth Diagnostic Analysis intended to provide insight into the perceptions of an organization’s staff at all levels, as well as, the skills and  knowledge of the management team and the integrity of the control systems currently in place. Typically an analysis takes one week to complete. The Synergistics proprietary instruments used as part of the diagnostic analysis include:

  • The Organizational Climate Questionnaire. An anonymous questionnaire completed by all employees. Results come in the form of 14 subscales critical to the profitability of an organization

  • The Management Attitude Assessment Survey. Results come in form of normative statistics

  • The Management Interview. Answers to relevant and important questions, coupled with the Management Attitude Assessment Survey results provide important insight into the skills of the management team

  • The Management Observation Review. Analysis of how managers spend their time in order to determine if they take a passive or active approach to the supervision of their staff

  • The Quality System Documentation Assessment . Review of quality system documentation at all levels in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard

  • The Organization Control System Assessment. Review of department and organization performance analysis systems


The analysis findings are extremely valuable on their own. The analysis is complimentary. There is no cost for an organization to participate in a diagnostic analysis and the organization is under no obligation to proceed with a project once the analysis findings have been presented.
