The Management Attitude Assessment Survey is used to assess management and supervisory attitudes and is a very reliable predictor of appropriate management behaviour. Synergistics own Management Attitude Assessment Survey has been developed based on  years of working with many managers in various organizations. The questionnaire results are presented in the form of percentile rankings based on normative data that we have collected from the countless manager responses. Individual profiles are developed from the results of the questionnaires and used to identify individual strengths and weaknesses which are then addressed as part of the Leadership Training program.
